The Hijack

Unfortunately, the GDRB didn't like the idea of having one-man groups. They feel that the whole point of this ordeal is not only to go through the game design process, but to go through it as a team. One person is not a team. So, maybe at some point, I'll give you Bumper Stickers, but it probably won't be anytime soon.

The one good thing about this... If anyone in our group screws up, y'know who's to blame? The project leader. And that's not me anymore! Yay. Anything goes wrong, blame it on the project leader. Poor guy, though :P

In other news, I am working on my own project anyway. It's called StarDust, and it's a game creation system for Windows. I've put it on SourceForge; if there are any files there, it means I was able to learn how to use the Concurrent Versions System (CVS). That's a pain to learn... It's one of those things in which nearly anyone you ask will answer with a big friendly RTFM. Well, TFM doesn't exactly do much for me.

Called Serena today... She couldn't talk because... well, she literally almost couldn't talk. She'd lost the better part of her voice to heavy coughing today... Though I use the term "better" loosely. What she had left of her voice sounded so sweet... Wow. I almost wish she always talked like that :D Unfortunately, her throat was hurting from the coughing as well, so I left her to recover for today.

And now, I leave you, reminiscent of that beautiful soft voice that Serena left in my ears...
