The Re-election

Well... Bush is president. Again. This is a bad thing, in a way. It's also a good thing. Bush will probably run the country into the ground, but it'll mean a huge boost on Canadian economy. USAiyans are going to come and see us, and with the decline of American currency value, our Canadian dollar will eventually peak over the American one. Still, I rather would have seen Kerry in the White House.

As for personal news... I'm kinda worried about Serena. She's all kinds of sick lately... I won't get into detail, but the fact is, she's very sick, and thus, I don't get to talk to her. Yeah, that sounded kinda selfish, but the fact is, I'm still very concerned about her health. I hope she gets better during the weekend...

I've played through the Japanese version of The Legend of Zelda: The Minish Cap (GBA) during the last week. It's quite a nice game. It adds several new things to the world we've come to recognize as Hyrule. The Hookshot becomes the Vacuum Pot, which can't hook on to pots, but can suck them in, as well as many other things. The Shovel becomes the Mole Claws, which can claw through some walls, and can rip out bushes and grass from the ground, unlike its predecessor. It also adds Minish mode, which is Link...diminished. Shrunken. It'll allow you to get to very small places. You also have the Kinstones to take care of; you can find left pieces of them all over the place, and you match them up with right pieces that townspeople, both normal and Minish, as well as some animals have, to unlock various areas and events. It's a great game; I recommend buying it. Its release date in the good ol' North American region is January 10th, 2005.

So is anyone buying the Nintendo DualScreen? I expect to get it for Christmas. It's the great new system Nintendo is coming out with. As the name implies, there are two screens to this new system. It will support GBA games as well as new DS games; however, this is not the next GBA. This is a completely new branch Nintendo is starting. Who knows what the next DS will hold? Well, let's check out the first one first. Its release date is the 21st.

Anyhow... I've nothing else to add to that. Back to worrying about poor Serena...
